Our warranty is as solid as our windows and doors. It covers our window and patio door glass options for 20 years and covers window and patio door components for up to 10 years. Odds are, you may never have any problems. But it's nice to know we're standing solidly behind them if you do.

2001 Warranty
- Covers products manufactured July 1, 2001 to February 1, 2006.
- 20 year limited warranty.
- Provides repair or replacement of glass and general components due to manufacturing defects or workmanship at no charge for the first ten years.
- Glass developing stress cracks in the first two years will be replaced at no charge.
- After the tenth year, insulating glass replacements are provided at 75% off list price for the 11th through the 15th year and at 40% off list price for the 16th through 20th year.

1994 Warranty
- Covers products manufactured between January 1, 1994 and July 1, 2001.
- Lifetime limited warranty.
- Provides repair or replacement of glass and general components due to manufacturing defects or workmanship at no charge for the first ten years.
- After the tenth year, the warranty provides for replacement of insulating glass units at 50% off of list price for the life of the product.
