MEDFORD, WI (31 July 2006) - Consider it a variation of the perfect storm. Builders and remodelers are racing against Mother Nature to rebuild areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina. This years' hurricane season began June 1 and officials say there's an 80 percent chance this season will be stormier than normal.
