Medford, WI – April 9, 2009 – Hurd is pleased to announce the February and March winners of Joe's Great Big Travel Adventure, a monthly sweepstakes that rewards one builder and one distributor each month from February to December 2009 for choosing Hurd. The winners are: Tim Ellenz of California Window & Door, Bruce Deutsch of Concepts and Contours; Bob Underwood of Lummus Supply Company, and David Williams of La Paloma Properties.

Hurd kicked off the sweepstakes at the 2009 International Builders’ Show and will give out 22 trips throughout the year. Entries are based on individual qualifying orders of $10,000 or more of Hurd products or $5,000 or more of the new H3TM windows between February 1 and December 31, 2009.

Hurd Vice President of Marketing Joe Herman, for whom the sweepstakes is named, said, “This is our way of incentivizing our loyal builder and distributor network, while rewarding them for choosing Hurd. An all-expense paid trip to paradise is just another cherry on top for selling Hurd.”

The winners of Joe’s Great Big Travel Adventure each receive a trip for two that includes airfare plus five days and four nights in the luxurious, all-inclusive Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort on the south shore of Cancun. The resort features 123 acres of tropical foliage and a secluded white sand beach stretching nearly 2,000 feet. Luxurious accommodations, fine dining, non-motorized water sports, and great entertainment are included.
