H3 Pocket Window joins Hurd’s complete ‘ReWindow’ replacement line
The H3, which will be featured prominently in Hurd’s Re-Window replacement line – including the newly launched TranscendTM line, is a highly energy-efficient window that outperforms many premium-priced products. With its remarkably advanced Fusion Technology™, the H3 integrates the three components of extruded aluminum, vinyl and solid wood into a single window. This innovative approach results in greater energy efficiency, upscale aesthetics, easier installation, superior durability, and advanced leak resistance.
H3 windows save energy and money while keeping homeowners more comfortable. With Hurd’s new Low-E 366 glass, it achieves a U-factor of .29, qualifying for the $1,500 energy tax credit and exceeds Energy Star® requirements for all regions. It meets stringent energy efficiency specifications set by the Department of Energy, and has been simulated, validated and certified by the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC).
